Breakfast Club
At Woodlands, to ensure our pupils get a good start to the school day, we provide a healthy breakfast. A choice of cereals, fresh juice, milk, toast and bagels are available. Breakfast club is run by Ms Helen and offers a high standard of care with fun and stimulating activities, enhancing the breakfast club experience. Pupils can attend on a daily or weekly basis. The cost is £3 a session and Breakfast Club opens at 8am.

After School Care
Woodlands Academy offers After School Care Monday to Thursday (3:00pm-6:00pm) and Friday (3:00pm-5:00pm).
After School Care is now in a brand new room, meaning there is now greater access to a range of toys/activities and lots of outdoor space! It is an opportunity for children to relax, play, learn and develop in a comfortable space before they go home.
It is led by Mrs Gostelow (3-4pm) and Mrs Mascall/ Ms Campbell /Mrs Ahmed (4-6pm).
The daily rate is £9 and children will receive a tea time snack.
There is a maximum capacity of 15 children each day so to ensure your child is booked into the After School Care, you must use the School Gateway App. Please book by 2pm for the same day.
If you are interested in the After School Care then please come to the school office.
The snacks given during snack time for After School care include:
- Soup with bread
- Bean on toast/cheese
- Pitta pockets
- Toast with toppings
- Popcorn (Friday only)
Please note: Alternatives can be provided for those children with dietary needs.
